4-硝基二苯胺连续加氢制4-氨基二苯胺

      在滴流床反应器中,在ST06型镍催化剂的作用下,进行了4-硝基二苯胺液相连续加氢还原制RT培司(4-氨基二苯胺)的试验。考察了反应温度、压力、停留时间以及初始物料浓度等对反应的影响,得到的适宜工艺条件为:压力2.0MPa,反应热点温度160℃左右,进料重量百分浓度15%,气液摩尔比3.5~4.0,停留时间大于等于60min,在此条件下,4-硝基二苯胺转化率大于99%,4-氨基二苯胺摩尔收率大于97%。同时,考察了催化剂的寿命,经1000h运转,催化剂活性和选择性没有明显变化。In a trickle-bed reactor, the reaction rule of continuous hydrogenation of 4-nitrodiphenylamine to produce 4-aminodiphenylamine was studied. By using the ST06 Ni catalyst, under the following optimum conditions: pressure 2. 0 MPa, temperature 160℃, residence take of liquid≥ 60 minutes, gas-liquid mole ratio 3. 5~4. 0 and the concentration of the feed 15%, the conversion of 4-nitrodiphenylamine is more thsn 99%, and the yield of 4-aminodiphenylamine is more than 97%(mole). The catalyst was tested for about 1 000 hours, and the result shows thst its activity and selectivity hsve remained the same.
