对聚砜类膜材料的制备及其在水处理中的应用作了详细综述,以期为高性能磺化聚砜类分离膜材料的制备及应用提供一定的理论指导。磺化不仅可提高聚砜类膜材料的亲水性和耐热性能,而且可有效改善功能膜的渗透通量、选择分离特性与抗污染性能,从而促进该类膜材料在水净化、水脱盐、物质分离与纯化等领域中的应用。磺化聚砜类膜材料的磺化度对分离膜的成膜性能、膜微结构与分离性能等均具有重大影响。如何通过磺化工艺与膜制备工艺的优化,实现对膜材料磺化度、分离膜微结构与性能的有效调控是目前该领域的研究重点。In order to provide some guidence fur the preparation and application of sulfonated polysulfone membrane materials with high-performance for water treatment, the sulfonation methods of the polysulfone membrane materials, the properties of the sulfonated products and the applications of the functional membranes in water treatment were reviewed in this paper. Sulfonation was an effective way to improve the hydrophilicity and thermal resistance of the membrane materials, as well as the permeability, separation selectivity and anti-fouling property of the resultant membranes. The degree of sulfonation (DS) of the membrane materials and the performance of the resultant functional membranes could be effectively controlled and modulated through selecting and optimizing the sulfonation conditions. The functional membranes fi'om the sulfonated polysulfone membrane materials could be widely used in the fields of water treatment such as purification, desalination and separation.
